  • These products are intended for laboratory research purposes only, and are not for human or animal consumption. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. The products should not be used as a food, drug, cosmetic, or other household use. In the event of accidental exposure or ingestion:

  • All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery. Missing Items: Contact us immediately for verification and resolution. Damaged Item on Arrival: Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of both the package and damaged item (required). Wrong Items: Contact us immediately for verification and resolution. All verified issues will be remedied in the form of store credit only. No exceptions.

  • Delivery Delays: Courier delays are common and beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable for late deliveries as these are the courier's responsibility.

    Package Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighboring suites, facilities, or building reception. Contact the courier's local office for GPS delivery coordinates and recipient confirmation. If the courier confirms correct delivery, allow 1 week for the package to appear before contacting us at cs@moglabs.bio.

  • If your label has been printed and there has been no tracking update, it most likely means we're still processing your order. Please check the tracking again in 2-3 days to see if any changes have been made. If there are still no updates after that time, contact us.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same day (about 90% of the time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day. Our shipping hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

  • Images on our site display white tops for illustration purposes only. In practice, vial tops may vary in color to help our staff distinguish products during processing.

  • Variations in color, texture, odor or even biochemical properties may occur due to polymorphism (differences in crystal structure). These variations do not compromise product quality.

  • MaxxLabs peptides are manufactured to meet laboratory-grade purity standards, typically ≥98% purity as verified by HPLC analysis. Certificates of analysis are available upon request for qualified research institutions.

  • Domestic shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing, generally ranging from 7-21 business days. All peptides are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required.

  • Yes, certificates of analysis (COA) documenting purity, composition, and quality control testing are available for all peptides upon request from qualified research institutions and laboratories.
